Satellite

about

Although not the first track written together this was the first one we thought appropriate to release and the inspiration for the bulk of our artwork and merchandise that we've had done. It always made sense to us to show everybody Satellite first as it's possible the "biggest" song we have, it even says so in the words.

lyrics

You were watching the waves collide into one another, would you pull me under too? Would that allow me to think things through? What's the point of trying to understand,

It was a satellite who taught me how to think about all the worst times I'd failed and how I'd find fate but this was bigger than us.

Do you believe a god would dream us up without a purpose? I can't imagine that.
You were watching the rain colour lines into the ocean upon a notion I found...

It was a satellite who taught me how to think about all the worst times I'd failed and how I'd find fate in all of my worst mistakes and if I had faith to comfort those that I had made; "this was bigger than us"

about

Thinktank UK

Unabashadly proggy pop music with intricate, fiddly guitars and lots of pedals. We work on the basis that anything plus reverb is great.
